Terms of Service

1. The service

Nova Estimates is a web-based contractor estimating platform that helps you create clients, services, estimates, invoices, and PDFs.

2. Your responsibility for pricing

You are responsible for your own pricing and estimates. Default service prices, default markups, and AI-generated suggestions are starting suggestions only. You are responsible for verifying taxes, labor costs, material costs, overhead, profit margins, warranty language, and any legal or licensing requirements that apply to your jurisdiction and trade.

3. Membership and billing

• 3-day free trial — full access begins after you complete the contractor questionnaire.
• $10/month plan — billed monthly until cancelled.
• $150/year plan — billed annually until cancelled.

Continued access requires an active membership after the free trial. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time from the Billing page.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Nova Estimates to send spam, deceive customers, infringe rights, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for your account credentials and for keeping your company and client data accurate.

6. Data ownership

You own your company, client, estimate, and invoice data. We process it only to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Estimates is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or pricing errors that result from your use of the platform.
