Yes. Default prices are starting suggestions. Adjust them based on your market, labor cost, material cost, overhead, and business pricing.

Overhead includes business expenses like insurance, fuel, tools, software, vehicle costs, admin time, marketing, and other operating costs.
+Can I hide overhead from the customer PDF?
Yes. You can include overhead internally in the total while hiding it from the customer-facing PDF.

Yes — Nova Assistant can help write scope of work, descriptions, terms, payment terms, emails, and pricing suggestions.
+Can I send estimates by email?
Yes, when email sending is configured. If it isn't, the app will show a clear setup message.

Yes. Approved estimates can be converted to invoices.
