When you use Nova Estimates, we collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account information: name, email, password, and phone.
- Company profile: business name, business type, address, logo, and preferences.
- Client information: the names, contact details, and project details of clients you add.
- Estimates and invoices: line items, pricing, scope, terms, and totals.
- Uploaded files: logos and other documents you attach.
- Subscription and payment information: processed by our payments provider; we do not store full card details.
2. How we use information
We use your information to operate Nova Estimates, generate estimates and invoices, process subscriptions, support you, and improve the product.
3. How data is stored
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Account data is scoped per contractor — one contractor cannot access another contractor's clients, estimates, invoices, or files.
4. Updating or deleting your information
You can update your account, company, client, and estimate information at any time inside the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact support below.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers required to operate the app (hosting, database, payments, email) under reasonable confidentiality.
