  1. Overhead covers business expenses (insurance, fuel, software, vehicle, admin)

  3. Show or hide overhead on the customer-facing PDF
  4. The app warns if overhead or profit are missing

  1. Open a saved estimate
  2. Click Preview PDF
  3. Review customer information, items, totals, and terms
  4. Click Download PDF

G. How to send an estimate

  1. Open a saved estimate
  2. Click Send by Email
  3. Review the email subject and message
  4. Attach or include the PDF
  5. Send the email — the estimate status changes to Sent

If email is not configured, the app will display: "Email sending is not configured yet."

H. How to create an invoice

  1. Open an approved estimate
  2. Click Convert to Invoice
  3. Review the invoice details
  4. Save the invoice
  5. Preview or download the invoice PDF

I. How to use Nova Assistant

  1. Click the Ask Nova Assistant button (bottom-right)
  2. Ask how to do something or paste text to improve
  3. Use it to write scope, terms, emails, and pricing explanations
  4. It can translate between English and Spanish

J. Billing and membership

  3. Manage payment method and cancel from the Billing page
